Last week I bought a brand new R9 390. I had some issues (crashing, audio, other stuff), and it was almost unanimous in this community that my issues were caused by faulty hardware and NOT drivers. So, I've returned that r9 390 to Best Buy and exchanged it for another r9 390. Here's the verdict:
The temps are great! 65c when playing FarCry 4 maxed out.

Performance is also great! I can play at 1080p Ultra, all settings maxed out (except soft shadows) and get a buttery smooth 60fps all day long.
I can play Battlefield 4 at Ultra with 150% scaled 1080p without dipping below 62fps. SOOO much better than my old 1gb GTX460 sli setup.
So, whats the bad stuff? Well, I'm still having the same issues as I had with the first 390 I returned:
• Killing Floor 2 wont even launch, as with the first 390 I returned. It works fine on my GTX 460's, but won't even launch on the 390, no matter what work arounds I've tirelessly tried
• Big Picture Mode crashes every time I launch a game. (ERROR: D3D Device was removed due to the DXGL_ERROR_DEVICE_RESET, this usually indicates a bad device driver or may indicate bad hardware. Big Picture must exit) Well, I know now it ain't the hardware, so....

• The audio goes out every time my monitor (TV) goes to sleep, doesn't come on until I reboot. I use a DVI to HDMI cable, and the audio works fine until it goes to sleep. Then it says something like 'audio error: You are using a DVI cable that does not support audio'. It won't enable the audio again until I reboot.
So, as I suspected, the issue wasn't with my card, but rather how my system interacts with the 15.15.1004 drivers (the latest 300 series compatible drivers). I'm extremely disappointed because I really like AMD as a company and I value their business practices, but, so far they've given me a $330 headache. If I can't get this stuff resolved this week I'm afraid I'll be exchanging this for a 970. ):

So ever since I upgraded to 10, I've had issues with my card playing ARK, GTA V, and a few other games crashing randomly after like 10 mins; even on the lowest settings.
Well after some research, I discovered that AMD made a revision to their 15.7.1 drivers.

So just get the [latest version] (http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop?os=Windows+10+-+64), use [Display Driver Uninstaller] (http://www.wagnardmobile.com/DDU/download/DDU%20v15.4.0.0r2.exe) boot into safe mode & uninstall the current drivers.
Now reboot into normal mode, run the installer for Catalyst, run custom and check whether you want the Gaming Evolved app installed or not, restart computer again and test if it's fixed.
